BCFED  staff are responsible for the day-to-day work of the organization.

Jim Chorostecki

Executive Director
Jim is the Executive Director and oversees the work of the BCFED.

Anita Zaenker

Director
Anita is the Director of Organizing. She is responsible for the Labour Education program, the Organizing Institute, and oversees the work related to Employment Standards and the Labour Relations Board.

Denise Moffatt

Director
Denise is the Director of Campaigns. She is the lead on the active campaigns of the BCFED, including the Fight for $15 BC campaign to increase the minimum wage. She works with the Young Workers Committee and the Community and Social Action Committee, and is the lead on the Workers' Action Centre project. Denise is also the lead staff person for annual BCFED conferences.

Gord Lechner

Director, BCFED Occupational Health and Safety Centre
Gord is the Director of the BCFED Occupational Health and Safety Centre. His responsibilities include oversight of the Centre's six education programs: OH&S Committees, Return to Work, Supervisor, Young and New Workers, ESL, and Migrant Workers.

Jaime Matten

Director
Jaime is the Director of Communications, and is responsible for media relations, advertising, social media, and internal / external communications.

Kassandra Cordero

Director
Kassandra is the Human Rights Director, and is responsible for the Women's Rights Standing Committee, the Human Rights Standing Committee, Aboriginal Relations and the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. She is also the lead staff person on prominent annual events, including Labour Day.

Lynn Bueckert

Director
Lynn is the Political Action Director and the Assistant to the President. Her areas of focus include the Public Sector Working Group, Political Action Standing Committee, the Climate Change Working Group, GreenJobs BC.

Nina Hansen

Director
Nina is the Occupational Health and Safety Director. She works with labour organizations, the community, the Workers' Compensation Board and the government to promote healthier and safer workplaces in BC and advocate for full compensation for injured workers. Nina is also the lead for the Apprenticeship & Skills Training Working Group, and the staff liaison for the Industry Training Authority (ITA) and the LNG Working Group.
