Conflict Resolution Conflict is a natural part of our lives. Learning to handle it well will improve your relationships with other members, co-workers, and the employer. Building a Respectful Workplace (Anti-Harassment) This course concentrates on defining harassment and exploring the legal and moral obligations of both employers and unions in creating and maintaining a harassment-free workplace. Building Activism Working with concrete tools for strategic planning, effective communication, and building leadership participants will explore new ways of approaching their work as activists.
